Peppers-First Craft Sauce from Durham, NC

At Bull City Pepper Co., we believe it’s easy to make a sauce that will melt your face, but it’s an art to also make it delicious. you should be able to taste the unique flavor of each people and not just a mouthful of vinegar. Since 2017, our mission has been to craft "peppers-first" sauces using small-batch, locally grown ingredients—pulverizing over a quarter-pound of signature peppers into every single bottle.

From our flagship, mild Rambunctious Red to the intense sting of Death Rides a Bull, our lineup is built on high-quality, vegan, gluten-free ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship. It took us 40 iterations to find the perfect blend, and the results speak for themselves: 10-medals in three years at the NC Hot Sauce Festival.
